By accessing and using the website magacocinasintegrales.com (hereinafter, “the Site”), as well as by hiring any of the services offered by Maga Kitchen Design Studio (hereinafter, “the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Site or hiring our services.
2. Service Description
Maga Kitchen Design Studio is a Mexican company dedicated to the design, manufacturing and installation of:
- Custom kitchen cabinets
- Closets and walk-in wardrobes
- Residential doors
- Marble, granite and quartz countertops through Mármoles y Canteras Maga
Services are provided based on personalized quotes prepared after a technical visit or a review of the customer’s plans.
3. Purchase Process
The process for hiring our services includes the following stages:
- Quote request: the customer requests a technical visit or sends project information through the website or WhatsApp.
- Technical visit: an advisor visits the customer’s location to take measurements and evaluate the project. This service is free of charge.
- Proposal and 3D render: the Company presents a design proposal with a three-dimensional render and detailed quote.
- Approval and down payment: the customer approves the design and pays the agreed down payment to start manufacturing.
- Manufacturing and installation: the project is manufactured at the Company’s facilities and installed at the customer’s location within the agreed timeframe.
- Delivery and final payment: once installation is completed, the customer pays the remaining balance.
4. Prices and Payments
All quoted prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices are valid only during the period specified in the quote. Once that period has expired, the Company reserves the right to update prices.
The payment scheme is established in the formal quote and generally includes:
- A down payment at the beginning of the project, according to the agreed percentage
- Payment of the remaining balance upon delivery and installation
Down payments are non-refundable once project manufacturing has started, except for causes attributable to the Company.
5. Warranties
Maga Kitchen Design Studio provides warranty coverage for manufactured and installed products under the following terms:
- Structure and installation: warranty coverage for manufacturing or installation defects. Specific terms are detailed in each project’s formal quote.
- Blum hardware: hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s operating warranty (Julius Blum GmbH, Austria).
- Natural stone countertops: marble, granite and quartz countertops are subject to the warranty conditions of Mármoles y Canteras Maga.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, modifications made by third parties, or natural wear over time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published on this Site — including texts, images, project photographs, logos, designs, renders and source code — is owned by Maga Kitchen Design Studio or its respective rights holders and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws.
The reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any content from the Site without the Company’s prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.
The 3D renders prepared for each project remain the property of the Company until the project has been paid in full by the customer.
7. Website Use
The user agrees to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. The following actions are prohibited:
- Using the Site for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to these Terms
- Introducing viruses, malware or any harmful code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s systems
- Reproducing or copying content without express authorization
- Carrying out actions that may damage, overload or impair the operation of the Site
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
The information published on the Site is for informational purposes only. Final prices, delivery times and specifications are defined in the formal quote for each project.
The Company does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Site and is not responsible for technical interruptions beyond its control.
9. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data provided through the Site is governed by Maga Kitchen Design Studio’s Privacy Policy, published on this website and prepared in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
By using the Site’s contact forms, the user consents to the processing of their data for the purposes stated in that Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications
Maga Kitchen Design Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site.
Continued use of the Site after changes have been published implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
